1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ADCO ONE Flow ("the product", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization ("workspace").

2. Accounts and access

• Workspaces are provisioned by ADCO after a request is reviewed — there is no open self-serve signup.
• Your workspace administrator controls who is invited, their role, and what they can access within your workspace.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations, including tax and GST filing obligations you are responsible for.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces, disrupt the service, or circumvent security or rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the product without our written agreement.
• Upload data you do not have the right to store or process.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into your workspace (customers, orders, invoices, inventory, and similar records). We process it to provide the product to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including anything used to generate GST filings, invoices, or other statutory documents — the product helps you prepare these, but the responsibility for their correctness and timely filing remains yours.

5. Billing and plans

• Paid workspaces are billed according to the plan agreed at signup; pricing and payment are handled offline or through our payment provider as communicated to you.
• We do not automatically cancel service for late payment without prior notice, but may suspend access if an invoice remains unpaid for an extended period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the product available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and will try to minimize disruption when we do.

7. Termination

You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace's access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your data first.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including errors in GST filings, invoices, or other documents that result from data you entered or approved.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the product or by email to workspace administrators before they take effect. Continued use of the product after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
